Business Description:
Technostax, Inc. is an embedded-software technology company revolutionizing a low-cost data monitoring and communications platform via the Internet for use in machine-to-machine (m2m) environments. Our products offer a breakthrough solution for client-to-machine communication.
Technostax uses standard Internet protocols to transmit data securely and inexpensively to and from a central server. The system is easy to maintain, and integrates with today's leading business applications, being scalable from thousands to millions of units. The server-based applications are configurable to individual needs and can grow with future applications.
Product Description:
Technostax has developed ground-breaking embedded software based on widely recognized data protocols, such as XML and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), to address the real-world bottleneck in data management and transfer (the communication process). Technostax has completed a fully-operational prototype of their system for the cellular and smart-phone consumer markets (265+ million units in 2008). The solution will enable one-click compatibility with any kind of messenger systems (Goggle talk, Yahoo talk, Windows live messenger, IQC, Jabber, AIM etc.).
Due to unique and proprietary software structure, our systems require 75% less parts than near, would-be competing products. This low-cost position alone represents a significant competitive advantage.
Market
Growing consumer demand for smart phones applications able to access other devices seamlessly (one-click-solutions) is driving market demand for a Technostax solution. The worldwide mobile subscriber base is expected to increase by 1.8 billion from 2007-2012. Two-thirds of these new subscribers, i.e. more than 1.2 billion subscribers, are expected to come from the ten fastest growing economies (countries) alone. Of these top-ten growth markets, nine have been identified as high-volume, low-ARPU (Average-Revenue-Per-User) emerging mobile markets.
The report from Portio Research identified only ONE truly wealthy nation among these top 10, the United States, home to one of the highest ARPU rates in the world, yet also the 4th biggest growth market during the 2007-2012 period.
The US is expected to add more than 65 million mobile subscribers to the worldwide subscriber base in the period 2007-2012. The report notes that this might look relatively insignificant compared to the massive numbers expected to be added from high-growth markets such as China (542 million) and India (282 million), but what makes the US mobile market interesting is the observation that a new US mobile subscriber is expected to generate between 3 to 13 times as much ARPU as a new mobile subscriber in China, India and the other emerging markets in the top 10 in 2012.
Augmenting the 65 million strong subscriber growth numbers is the high ARPU network associated with the entire US market. Unlike many other mature mobile markets, where ARPU is in slow decline, in the US ARPU is forecasted to remain high, even increasing slightly from 2007 levels as we move forward over the next 4 or 5 years. While the US will contribute only around 5.5 percent to the total number of new subscribers from the top 10 markets in the period 2007-2012, in terms of revenue, the country will account for approximately 25.2 percent of the total mobile service revenues generated by these ten markets in 2012.
The Technostax system provides an inexpensive, easy-to-use product which is not only a real solution provider for consumers and small business owners, but also a cool, life stylish product to have. Every mobile cell phone user with a data plan is a potential user of our product.

By setting an industry standard, Technostax intends to become the leader, both nationally and internationally, in both direct client-to-machine communication and technologies providing solutions for various consumer and business applications.
